甘某是一名专带老年人出去玩的导游，不过他还有个“副业”：在出游途中向老人介绍某灵芝生产基地，并鼓吹老人去投资，只要有人投资，他就能拿到一成提成。然而公司拿到400多万元集资款后跑路了，只留下甘某身陷囹圄。 3月19日，记者从合肥包河警方获悉，目前甘某因涉嫌非法集资已被刑拘。
　　本是出游却变成“高息投资”
　　2016年5月，67岁的周大爷报名参加了一个老年旅行团，去肥东岱山湖游玩，该团由一名姓甘的导游带领。在游玩途中，甘某向众人介绍了一个位于肥东的灵芝生产基地，称该基地发展前景好，但目前遇到困难，正在高息吸引投资。
　　受到甘某的鼓动，周大爷等人前往该基地进行了参观，感觉确实还不错，更重要的是投资回报率比较高，“见到了负责人余某，他承诺月利率可达2～3。”周大爷说，该基地在合肥包河区还有个办事处，甘某也带着他们去参观过，最终自己动心了，先后往该基地投入了10万元，“都是积攒多年的养老钱。”
　　与周大爷情况类似的还有多名老人，他们都是在甘某带着出去玩的时候，通过甘某介绍接触到该灵芝生产基地，并追求高利息往里面投钱，少则数千元多则上万元，其中最多一名老人投入了50余万元。
　　生产基地停止正常运营
　　到了去年年底，这些老人发现说好的高额回报并未能兑现，就去肥东找余某理论，余某一开始表示，资金周转暂时出了问题，让老人们不要担心。然而老人们不知道的是，此时余某的生产基地已被当地政府列入拆迁范围，早就停止了正常运营。
　　又过了一段时间，等老人们再去找余某的时候，发现无论是合肥的办事处还是肥东的生产基地，都人去楼空，一打听，才知道余某在拿到拆迁补偿款后，悄然带着女儿离开，现不知所踪。
　　无奈之下，老人们只好去找当时介绍他们投资的甘某，可甘某也表示自己现在联系不上余某，老人们投资的钱都给了余某，跟自己又没有关系。见拿不回钱，老人们来到包河公安经侦大队报案求助。
　　涉嫌非法集资被刑拘
　　警方介入调查后，很快将甘某控制住。经查，甘某去年3月认识了余某，在得知甘某经常带老人出游，余某就提出让甘某帮忙向老人介绍自己的生产基地，并表示只要有人来投资，就给甘某10的提成。
　　此后甘某多次向其带领的老人推荐余某的基地，由于甘某自己有辆大巴车，所以只要老人有意愿，他就直接开车带着老人前往肥东进行所谓的实地考察。就这样，从去年3月至余某跑路，甘某共介绍了45名老人投资，总额达400余万元，而他从中也拿取了40余万元的“好处费”。
　　对于余某的出逃，甘某表示自己也不知情，不过其同样因涉嫌非法集资已被警方刑拘，该案还在进一步调查处理中。
