7月27日上午，骄阳似火，一个小伙子手里捏一张纸条走进了安徽阜阳临泉县公安局宋集派出所的户籍大厅。排队等候了十几分钟，小伙子把纸条交给了户籍民警，说要开个证明。
　　民警问小伙子需要开什么证明，小伙子支支吾吾说不明白，最后说：“我也说不明白，反正银行让我到派出所来开。”民警仔细一看，纸条是一张银行开户单，名字处赫然写着“走堯正鸣”。
　　民警根据纸条上的身份证号进行网上查询，发现该身份证号显示的居民姓名为“赵正鸣”。民警恍然大悟，问小伙子是不是开“同一人”证明。小伙子连忙微笑点头：“对对对，就是同一人。”
　　民警核对了小伙子的身份证、户口本，发现信息完全正确。很明显，是银行在办理开户时错将“赵”打成了“走堯”，现在却让派出所证明“走堯正鸣”就是“赵正鸣”。民警便告知其身份证和户口本就能证明身份，无需另外开具证明。小伙子恳求道：“警察同志，人家银行非要这证明，你们不开，我就取不出钱，销不了户。这么大热的天，你不能让我再来回跑呀！”
