11月20日，第十三届广州车展隆重开幕，作为国内外汽车品牌旗下产品展示和销售的平台，同时也给消费者维权提供了一个维权的舞台，尤其是在首日的媒体开放日。在这届的车展中也不例外，沃尔沃XC60的的车主就因“气囊自爆致伤”事件展开了维权事件。

　　20日上午，一辆黄色救援车上搭载着沃尔沃XC60 SUV在中国进出口商品交易会琶洲展馆进行维权。车身上贴着“沃尔沃危险”、“气囊自爆伤人”的字样，更为触目惊心的是，在汽车尾部还贴着带有血迹的胳膊和被爆出气囊的图片。虽然，不久就有保安出来制止并要求其撤离，但仍就造成了不小的影响，多人目睹。

　　据悉，车主吕先生是于2014年7月花了近45万购买的这辆沃尔沃进口XC60 T5智雅版SUV，但却令他没想到的是，这号称最安全的沃尔沃却带给他出人意料的伤害。10月4日，车主在高速上正常行驶时，气囊突然无故自爆，导致副驾驶座上的吕先生父亲右臂被弹出的化学品灼伤，头部肿胀不清醒，多处软组织挫伤。事后，车企检测外观无任何碰撞、变形，决绝承担责任，也因此车主上演了这样的一幕“血腥”维权。

　　其实，以往的多届广州车展都发生过展台维权事件，2013年车展长安福特翼虎的车主在展台进行维权。两名打着横幅的男青年也出现在路虎展台上进行维权，标题为“坑爹的路虎”的横幅引来围观，上面写着“买三个月新车，发动机漏机油，售后服务很差。。。。。。滚出中国，学好服务再来”。2014年的一汽大众展台由于速腾“断轴门” 事件的维权事件更是越演越烈，车主被保安人员抬出展馆。

　　除此之外，较为出名的展台维权还包括奔驰毒气门展台维权、玛莎拉蒂车主车展维权现场砸260万豪车等等，每一次的车展几乎都有维权事件的发生，可以说展台维权已经演变成车展的一部分。
