据新安晚报报道，10月14日中午，在合肥包河区某小旅馆内，25岁的杨明（化名）正在洗漱时，被几名便衣民警围住。见民警从自己口袋里搜出三个金镯子，杨明放弃了反抗。据悉，这些金镯子是杨明一周前在宿州一家珠宝店抢来的。杨明称，他因被骗入传销组织，损失十多万元。
　　为挽回损失，他先后在山东、河南、安徽等地抢夺珠宝店。
　　案发珠宝店内，他抢走金手镯
　　10月7日傍晚6点多，一名年轻男子走进宿州市淮海路一家珠宝店，先后让柜员拿出三个金手镯。“他先让我拿两个给他比对一下，然后又叫我拿了一个。我以为他要买，就拿给他了。”可让柜员没想到的是，男子看了看三个镯子后，突然转身离开柜台。柜员一惊，大声叫男子回来，可对方加快步伐，走出店门。老板耿先生闻讯追到店外，只见天色已黑，男子消失在人流中。
　　事发后，珠宝店迅速报警。宿州市公安局埇桥分局刑侦大队立即成立专案组展开调查。
　　落网藏身多地，终在合肥被抓
　　通过珠宝店内的监控，民警发现嫌疑人身穿深色衣服，二十多岁模样，身高一米七五左右，作案时镇定自若，毫无伪装。“嫌疑人从靠近柜台，到转身离开，前后不到两分钟。”埇桥公安分局刑侦大队侵财中队中队长李子时介绍。
　　循着嫌疑人可能逃离的方向，民警发现案发一个小时后，嫌疑人出现在离珠宝店2公里外的宿州火车站。“那段时间里，在火车站买票上车的人特别多。”民警试图对所有购票人逐一筛查、比对，寻找嫌疑人的去向。直到10月12日，警方发现一名与嫌疑人长相、身高相似的男子出现在合肥。
　　10月14日中午，抓捕小组身着便装，在包河区一家小旅馆附近布控，当嫌疑人正在公共卫生间洗漱时，民警上前将其抓获。据了解，嫌疑人为逃避警方抓捕，先后藏身淮北、蚌埠等地，之后来到合肥。
　　供述“投资”被骗，决定抢金首饰
　　昨天下午，新安晚报、安徽网记者从宿州警方了解到，嫌疑人杨明今年25岁，山东临沂人。一位参与抓捕的民警描述说，他们将杨明控制住时，他连嘴角牙膏沫还没抹去。尽管民警亮明身份，但杨明仍多次质问民警为何抓他，直到民警从他身上搜出三个抢来的金手镯，他才放弃反抗。
　　据杨明交代，2013年，他大学毕业后，被骗到合肥一个传销组织。为了“发财”，杨明先后“投资”十三万余元，结果损失惨重。后来，杨明脱离传销组织，试图努力工作改变现状，但总感觉力不从心。前不久，杨明回到老家，见同学、老乡等同龄人都有稳定工作，心里出现巨大落差并因此受到刺激。
　　为了挽回前些年被骗的十多万元，杨明决定铤而走险。据其交代，今年9月下旬离开家后，他先后在山东临沂、河南光山两地，使用同样方法，抢走一个金项链和三个金手镯。10月7日，他又在宿州作案。
　　目前，杨明因涉嫌抢夺罪被宿州警方刑事拘留，相关案情仍在进一步调查。
