广州日报讯 （记者潘斌 通讯员廖喜良、刘洪希）昨日，记者从中山交警部门获悉，市公安交警前往辖区拖离一辆经市民通过微信平台举报的粤T号牌僵尸车，这是 “全民交通 警民互动”微信平台开通后，中山市交警支队根据市民在微信平台举报的信息出警拖离的第一辆违法机动车。截至6月14日，交警部门共接收市民通过微信平台咨询业务、意见建议和交通违法等互动信息111条。

　　6月10日下午，市公安交警支队微信平台（微信号：zsjjwpt）开通。该平台主要包括警民互动、交警发布等板块。其中警民互动板块包括一吐为快、我要举报、路况报料、曝光台四个栏目。其中“我要举报”主要由网友举报长期占用公共道路资源、危险驾驶、占用应急车道、行人随意横穿马路等各类交通违法或不文明交通行为，再由交警部门根据举报内容视情况出警处置。

　　微信平台开通以来，市民踊跃参与，尤其是在交通违法举报方面，市民在看到各类交通违法后，纷纷拿起手机拍照，通过微信平台上传积极举报。据统计，截至6月14日，交警部门共接收市民通过微信平台咨询业务、反映情况或举报违法的内容111条。其中， “一吐为快”板块共接收市民有效建议或意见24条，其中交通设施方面的建议内容达12条。“我要举报”板块共接收举报信息22宗，其中大部分为各类交通违法。“曝光台”收到网友上传信息5条，其余为咨询类信息。目前，交警部门已就相关内容迅速进行了回复或处置。

　　6月12日上午10时，方女士就城区华力街车辆乱停乱放、商铺占用车位，影响交通的现象进行举报。城区交警大队在了解情况后发现其中一半道路属于小区道路，而另一半路段因标志标线有待完善，导致暂时未能对违停车辆进行管控，遂迅速协调交警支队设施部门落实标志标线漆划完善工作，并表示将安排警力对此路段加强巡逻管控工作。

　　在处理市民通过微信平台反映的情况时，交警部门发现少数市民拍摄的交通违法车辆图片未标明具体地点，导致无法处置，个别反映情况的建议或意见表达不太清晰，交警部门感谢关注该平台，积极互动的同时，希望市民在今后通过微信平台积极举报交通违法时尽量标明违法地点，在建议或提意见时尽量言简意赅。
