福州晚报讯 陈先生从事域名交易已经有8年时间，今年4月1日，他在一次域名交易中，用5000元买了一个域名，钱转给对方后，陈先生发现该域名无法使用，但对方已经和陈先生失去了联系。警方告诉陈先生，域名买卖过程取证困难，不构成诈骗，陈先生所遇到的是一次消费纠纷。据了解，域名交易类似一种投机行为，现阶段没有相关法律法规保障这种交易行为，陈先生只能吃“哑巴亏”。

　　陈先生认为，域名类似股票，可以买卖，价格也会随着行情起伏变化，域名交易已经形成了一个行业。他告诉记者，他从事域名交易已有8年时间，今年3月，经朋友的推荐，他加入了一个域名交易群。“群里有400多人，经常有人在群里贴出域名买卖的消息。”陈先生看中了一条域名出售的信息，对方答应以5000元的价格出售。

　　陈先生觉着5000元属于低价，随后他完成了域名的注册，用支付宝转钱给对方。然而第二天输入域名后，他发现网页打不开。“对方出售了一个假域名。”陈先生想找对方，但之前双方只是用qq联系，陈先生的qq被对方删除，他找不到对方。

　　陈先生给记者看了他和对方约谈交易域名的聊天记录和支付宝转账行情，记者试图打开陈先生买来的域名，网页显示错误。

　　警方在了解情况后表示，域名买卖属于虚拟交易，不是实体的交易行为，在取证过程中存在困难，陈先生和卖域名的人之间是一次消费纠纷，对此警方不予立案。记者查阅相关报道发现，域名交易类似一种投机行为，现阶段没有相关的法律法规保障这种交易行为，陈先生被骗也得不到相应的处理，维权困难。
