针对近期媒体曝光的几起性骚扰事件，全国妇联权益部负责人日前表示，无论是用人单位内部，还是公共场所的性骚扰，都是侵犯妇女权益的违法行为，我们予以强烈谴责！我们坚决支持受害女性拿起法律武器维护自身合法权益，各级妇联组织通过12338热线等途径提供妇女维权服务，并为困难妇女提供法律援助。同时，我们赞赏用人单位采取积极措施预防和制止性骚扰，公安机关对性骚扰行为依法处置，周围群众不再漠视、及时报警，特别是受害妇女不再沉默、勇于维权。我们相信，只要社会各界共同承担起反对性骚扰的社会责任，性骚扰行为将无处藏身，社会将更加文明和谐。

　　性骚扰是我国法律明确禁止的侵权行为。妇女权益保障法规定，禁止对妇女实施性骚扰。受害妇女有权向单位和有关机关投诉。违反法律规定对妇女实施性骚扰，构成违反治安管理行为的，受害人可以提请公安机关对违法行为依法给予行政处罚，也可以依法向人民法院提起民事诉讼。（记者陈丽平）
