临近元宵佳节，各大网络购物平台以及网络商家开展了形式多样的促销活动，这也给了个别不法分子可趁之机。为此，消协也发布了一些网购方面的提醒。

　　前两天，安徽蚌埠的谢女士在网上购买元宵时遇到了烦心事。谢女士说：“我在网上买了两盒北京稻香村元宵，一共是300多块钱。拿到后一看，元宵上都是黑点子，也不知道是什么东西，再找那个网站，就不认账了。”

　　后来，谢女士才发现，自己所购买的北京稻香村元宵竟然是假冒的，交易网站也是仿冒的北京稻香村食品官网。“我从网上找到北京稻香村的电话，人家说他们的元宵没有网售，只在北京市里的门面卖。最后才看到买的是河北一家公司的元宵。”

　　相关部门表示，由于谢女士选择的网站，采取的是临时对话、临时交易的形式，取证十分困难，估计很难追回损失。针对类似的情况，消协也发布了一系列网购消费提醒。

　　安徽蚌埠市消协工作人员李洁提醒，网购最好选择有工商电子标识以及管理机制较为成熟的大型购物网站。还有一个是比对价格，看看实体店售价和网上促销价，避免虚假打折。最重要的一点是，要保留好消费凭证、聊天记录、购买记录截图等信息，以便发生纠纷时能够有效维权。
