1月12日，中国消费者协会在京宣布，2017年消费维权年主题从消费者中征集而来，确定为“网络诚信消费无忧”。
　　据中消协负责人介绍，“网络诚信消费无忧”具有以下三个方面涵义：一是倡导经营者在网络经济时代诚信经营，增强网络经营者的责任意识，切实落实法定义务，自觉保护网络消费者合法权益；二是建立完善网络消费者知情权、求偿权、交易权以及安全权等方面的消费者权益保护制度，发挥“互联网加”给消费生活和经济发展带来的新动力；三是发挥消协组织的社会监督和桥梁纽带作用，搭建网络消费者权益保护社会共治平台，构建紧密相连的网络命运共同体，建设消费无忧的网络消费环境。
　　中消协负责人表示，围绕“网络诚信消费无忧”年主题，将联合全国消协组织开展以下几方面工作：围绕年主题大力开展宣传活动，结合“3·15国际消费者权益日”及年主题专项活动，引导社会舆论关注网络消费热点问题，推动网络经营诚信建设；广泛宣传贯彻《消法》等相关法律法规关于网络消费者权益保护规定，发布网络消费预警，增强电商企业依法履责意识，增强消费者自我保护意识，增强网络市场消费信心，营造良好的消费氛围；加强对网络交易商品和服务开展社会监督，结合相关节日、“双11”等重要时间节点，针对网络维权难点领域，持续开展消费体察、服务评议、调查点评、比较试验、披露曝光等活动，督促网络经营行业和经营者加强自律。
