　　活动介绍
　　GYST嘉仕堡游牧虎帆船队每周六下午三时在三亚海棠湾后海游牧虎帆船培训中心组织帆船体验学习活动，学习帆船的基本知识和基本操作，让您对帆船有感性的了解。

　　活动费用AA，每人平摊100元，另交10元购买保险。
　　请在网上报名缴费（请谅解因手续繁琐，这个活动是我们队员周末义务服务，报名缴费后费用不退）。

　　1、凡有心脏病、高血压、哮喘等疾病，请勿参加；
　　2、水上活动时必须穿好救生衣，如意外落水，切记不要慌张，船会回来接你；
　　3、水上活动船会颠簸、摇摆，打湿衣服、落水均有可能，注意避免手机、手表、相机、钱包、眼镜等物品浸水或掉入水中；
　　4、三亚阳光强烈，请自行做好防晒，穿好防晒的户外运动衣帽，涂抹防晒霜，避免晒伤；上船请穿淡色鞋底的运动鞋；
　　5、水上运动各种情况都会发生，如天气突变、雷雨、大风、船舶故障、突发疾病、身体不适、甚至船员之间闹矛盾等，帆船活动是一项具有挑战性的活动，请充分考虑风险，如发生各种意外，发生人身和财务的各种损失，包括死亡，都得自己承担，于活动组织方无关。

　　1。 Do not go sailing if you suffer from heart disease， epilepsy， hypertension， asthma， back problems and other serious medical conditions ；
　　2。 Please wear a lifejacket at all times。 If you fall in water， do not panic。 The boat will come back for you！
　　3。 The water is wet and deep。 Please take care of your personal possessions （cell phones， watches， cameras， wallets， glasses…）。 Remember that boats bump， swing， go up and down and round and round， so it is easy to knock something and see it fall off！ Getting into or out of a ferry is a good time to lose everything。 Take care！
　　4。 The sun is strong in Sanya， please wear sunscreen， a sun hat， sun glasses and protective clothing。 Avoid sunburn and drink water。。
　　5。 Amateur sailing is not dangerous， if you take proper care。 There are some risks however。 Just a few examples ： the weather may change with stronger or lighter winds， plus bigger or smaller waves。 You might feel a little seasick。 Something might break and hit you。 The boom attached to the mainsail might hit you ： watch out！ You might not like your sailing companions or vice versa。 Please be tolerant， it’s only for a few hours！ In the case of bad luck， you might suffer personal or financial loss or injury or even death。 You accept this risk in full。 The organizers of the sailing activities cannot and do not take any responsibility for your risk。 If you are very worried， take out personal accident insurance （or stay home！）。
