最近，佛山银行业不良率升高引发舆论关注。南都记者了解到，信贷风险的暴露让佛山银行业受创，不仅银行高管被降职调离，银行员工薪酬也遭遇下调。而央行【微博】金融稳定局副局长黄晓龙日前现身佛山，也引发外界遐想。知情人士向南都记者透露，黄晓龙此行的主要目的是调研佛山银行业不良资产情况。不过，黄晓龙此行调研的具体内容，佛山相关监管部门并不愿对外透露。

　　银行员工薪酬大降

　　实体经济遭遇的困境，最终反映在金融业上。今年以来，佛山银行业信贷风险上升。南都记者从权威渠道独家获悉，截至今年8月份，佛山地区的不良率为2。66，比年初上升了1。81，不良余额198。11亿元，较年初增加137。56亿元。仅8个月时间，佛山银行业不良贷款率就从年初的0 。85升至2。66。多家银行的不良率都超过5，最高的甚至达17。

　　不良率升高，让佛山银行业受创。南都记者调查发现，今年以来，佛山多家银行的高管被降职或被调离。比如，5月前后，广发银行【微博】佛山分行原行长被调回总部二级部门任负责人。尽管级别未变，但权位下降不小，外界普遍视为降职。六七月份，中信银行（4。61， 0。02， 0。43）原佛山分行行长人选同样易位，原来的行长被调回广州分行担任副行长，此番调动亦被认为是降职。

　　在乐从钢贸危机中损失最严重的银行之一———中信银行佛山分行甚至整个分行被降格。原本中信银行佛山分行属于总行直管行，级别上属于一级分行。在行长人选变动的同时，整个分行也被降格为二级分行。

　　不良率上升也让普通的银行员工倍感寒意。南都记者采访发现，佛山的一些银行已经开始进行收缩。比如，一家股份行佛山分行将原来的11个部门缩减为7个部门，人员编制和级别也随之下调，一些员工或主动或被动已经离职。一家广东本土城商行亦是如此，一些员工也开始离职，另谋出路。

　　相比人员编制缩减带来的影响，薪酬待遇下调受到更多银行人士的关注。一家股份行员工告诉南都记者，该行员工8月份工资普遍比过往下降了一大截，“至少下降了三分之一。”另外一家股份行员工告诉南都记者，他的工资从每月8000元下降至四五千，下降了近一半。

　　“现在佛山不良率这么高，银行相当一部分利润要计提坏账准备。再者，不良率高，来自总行的奖励肯定是没有了，总行还要再罚款。这一折腾，工资不下降才怪。”上述银行员工告诉南都记者，“现在朋友圈更担心的是，今年年终奖到底会缩水几成。”

　　央行官员佛山调研

　　佛山金融业的现行局势，引发外界关注。近期，央行金融稳定局副局长黄晓龙来到佛山，其主要目的是调研佛山银行业不良资产情况。据了解，央行金融稳定局的主要职能是综合分析和评估系统性金融风险，提出防范和化解系统性金融风险的政策建议。
